  • What Can I Bring With Me Into The Verizon Center?

    Bags must be smaller than 13 inches long, 9.5 inches tall and 6 inches wide. Outside food and drink, noise makers, and video and audio recording equipment are prohibited. However, attendees are allowed to bring one outside water bottle. Wrapped gifts are also prohibited. If you plan on bringing a gift for clients or associates, gift bags are allowed into Verizon Center.

  • How Do I Purchase Tickets To Events At The Verizon Center?

    To purchase tickets to a game or concert, you may order your tickets online through www.ticketmaster.com, through the Verizon Center's box office or through other Ticketmaster outlets. You may also order tickets by phone through Phonecharge at 1-800-745-3000. The main box office and will call windows are located at F Street NW, which are open Mon.-Sat. from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on event Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
